PRISM is a service offered by Saxton Mee Relocation Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saxton Mee Ltd. The association with our parent company gives us access to a vast bank of property knowledge which comes from being one of the largest independent Estate Agents in the area, specialising in the middle to top end of the market. We operate independently, guaranteeing that there is no conflict of interest between the vendors, represented by our Residential Sales business and our buyers, acted for exclusively by our Relocation business. Tom Marshall is the Managing Director of Saxton Mee Relocation and will personally handle all your requirements. He will draw on his extensive knowledge of the area, derived from both living and working between Sheffield and the Peak District all his life. Prior to setting up the Relocation business he spent 5 years as Branch Manager and Valuer for the Bakewell office of Saxton Mee, situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Professional service, provided by one of the largest Independent Estate Agents in the area, is a prerequisite in searching out a home when time is at a premium. If we haven’t got your future house on the market we have probably already seen it – either off market or handled by another agent with whom we can negotiate on your behalf. Recognition is the key to understanding your exact needs. We need to understand the things that are important to you in a home and the points on which compromise can be made. The best way of achieving this knowledge is to visit you in your current home or at least have a comprehensive meeting at which we can fully understand what makes you really feel at home.   Do you deal with Rental Property?Whether you have a short term requirement or want to rent for the longer term, we can assist in tracking down suitable letting properties. We have excellent contacts throughout the Lettings Market allowing us to keep abreast of all the quality properties available. In addition, through our knowledge of property for sale, there is often the opportunity for shorter term lets through vendors with unsold or empty property. What will it cost?Registration fee of £500.00 + VAT – This will initiate the PRISM service with a personalised information package based on your required search area. It will also start our search, which will only end when we have found your dream home. When we successfully find and negotiate the purchase of your new home, you will pay us a fee equal to 1% of the purchase price (plus VAT). If the home that we find is already on the books of Saxton Mee and therefore subject to a sales commission, we will reduce the fee payable by both the buyer and seller by 0.25%. We are also able to offer a 'hand holding' service, accompanying your viewings and giving a professional opinion on areas and specific properties of your own choice. This service is offered at a rate of £500.00 plus VAT per day (£250.00 plus VAT for half a day). Should you subsequently decide to upgrade to our full Home Finding service, this fee will be deducted from the Registration Fee. Lettings – to find suitable property to Let we charge a commission equal to 1 month rent plus VAT with a minimum charge of £750.00 plus VAT.
