A report which gives a valuation based on the overall condition of the property.
RICS Home Buyer's Report
A more detailed assessment of the property, set out in a prescribed format, as dictated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. |
Giving you the Complete Picture
In addition to carrying out standard surveys and valuations, we also provide valuations for tax purposes (Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax), or for probate, matrimonial disputes, residential rental valuations and the purchase and disposal of properties.
